Investor subscriptions

Introduction​

Subscriptions on Genkibo give you access to advanced features and premium modules. This section explains how to choose, subscribe to, and manage your subscription.

Why subscribe?​

Without a subscription (or with a free plan), some platform features may be limited. A paid subscription unlocks additional modules depending on the plan you choose.

Accessing subscription plans​

  1. From the menu, go to "Subscriptions" → "Our plans".
  2. The list of available subscription types is displayed.

Understanding subscription plans​

Subscription types​

Each subscription type includes a set of modules (features). The higher the plan, the more modules it includes.

Available durations​

For each subscription type, several durations are offered:

AnnualBilled once a year (often cheaper)

Viewing prices​

  1. On the plans page, click the subscription type you are interested in.
  2. Prices by duration are displayed.

Subscribing​

Step 1 — Choose your plan​

  1. Review the different subscription types.
  2. Compare the modules included in each plan.
  3. Click "Choose this plan" or "Subscribe".

Step 2 — Choose duration and price​

  1. Select the desired duration.
  2. Check the corresponding price.
  3. Click "Confirm".

Step 3 — Confirmation​

  1. A summary of your choice appears (plan, duration, price).
  2. Verify the information.
  3. Choose your payment method.
  4. Complete payment.

Step 4 — Activation​

After payment:

  1. Your subscription is activated immediately.
  2. You get access to the unlocked modules.
  3. A confirmation email is sent to you.

Viewing your active subscription​

  1. Go to "Subscriptions" → "My active subscription".
  2. You see:
    • Current subscription type
    • Activation date
    • Expiration date
    • Included modules
    • Status (Active, Expired, Pending)

Upgrading your subscription​

If you want to move to a higher plan:

  1. Go to "My subscription".
  2. Click "Upgrade".
  3. Choose the new plan.
  4. Pay the difference or the new price according to the terms.
  5. Your subscription is updated immediately.

Cancelling your subscription​

To stop your subscription:

  1. Go to "My subscription" → "Manage my subscription".
  2. Click "Cancel subscription".
  3. Confirm your decision.

Note: Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until the expiration date.

Completing a pending subscription payment​

If your payment was not completed when you subscribed:

  1. Go to "Subscriptions" → "Complete payment".
  2. Select the pending subscription.
  3. Complete the payment.

Subscription modules​

Modules are groups of features. Here are examples of what different modules may include:

  • Base module: access to standard investment offers
  • Analytics module: advanced statistics on your investments
  • Premium module: access to exclusive offers
  • Priority support module: access to dedicated support
