Track your investments

Introduction

After you invest, it is important to track how it evolves. Genkibo gives you the tools to stay informed at any time.


Opening your investment list

  1. From the main menu, click “My investments”.
  2. The list of all your investments appears.

Understanding the investment list

For each investment you see:

Investment detail

Click an investment to open its detail page:

General information

  • Offer summary (amount, rate of return, duration)
  • Your specific contribution
  • Overall investment status

Your payin

  • Payin amount
  • Payment method used
  • Payment date
  • Link to the invoice

Expected returns

  • Total expected amount
  • Payment schedule
  • Returns already received

Investment statuses

An investment can have different statuses depending on progress:

Awaiting paymentPayin created but not yet paid
ActivePayment confirmed, investment in progress
Return in progressThe company has started repaying
CompletedAll returns have been paid
CanceledThe investment was canceled

Tracking offer progress

From the investment page, you can view:

  • Funding percentage reached on the offer
  • Number of investors participating
  • Updates from the company

Download your invoice

For each confirmed payin, a PDF invoice is available:

  1. Click the relevant investment.
  2. In the “Payin” section, click “View invoice”.
  3. The invoice opens as a PDF. You can download or print it.

Receiving updates

Genkibo notifies you automatically of important events related to your investments:

  • Confirmation of your payment
  • Closing of the offer (target reached)
  • Payment of a return
  • Reminder of an upcoming due date

These notifications arrive by email and through in-app notifications.


Managing multiple investments

If you have several active investments:

  • Use filters to sort by status, amount, or date.
  • The dashboard shows a consolidated summary of all your investments.
