Payment schedule

Introduction

The payment schedule is your financial calendar on Genkibo. It lists all upcoming due dates for your investments: when you should receive returns, for what amount, and what status each item has.

Opening the payment schedule

  1. From the main menu, click "Schedule" or "Schedule overview".
  2. The list of all your due dates is displayed.

The list view shows each schedule entry with:

  • Click the arrows to go to the previous/next month.
  • Click a date to see details for that day’s due dates.

Per-investment personal calendar

Each investment has its own calendar:

  1. Go to "My investments".
  2. Select an investment.
  3. Open the "My calendar" or "Schedule" tab.
  4. The calendar specific to that investment appears with all its payments.

Downloading your calendar

You can export your schedule as a downloadable file to import into your personal calendar:

  1. Open the schedule for a specific investment.
  2. Click "Download calendar".
  3. The file is downloaded (PDF or a format compatible with your calendar app).

Understanding return frequency

Depending on the offer, returns can have different frequencies:

FrequencyDescription
MonthlyOne payment per month
QuarterlyOne payment every 3 months
Semi-annualOne payment every 6 months
AnnualOne payment per year
Bullet (in fine)A single payment at the end

Frequency is defined in the investment offer terms.

Genkibo automatically sends you:

  • A reminder before the due date so you know a payment is coming.
  • A confirmation when the entry moves to "Paid" status.
  • A full calendar by email with all your due dates (automatic send).
