Investment returns
Introduction
As a company, once you have received investment funds, you are obliged to repay investors according to the agreed schedule. This section explains how to make those returns through the platform.
Understanding your return obligations
When an investment offer closes successfully:
- You receive the collected funds (payout).
- You run your project with those funds.
- On the scheduled due dates, you must pay returns to investors.
Total amount to repay = Invested principal + Promised return rate.
The two financial flows on the company side
1. Received payouts (incoming funds)
These are funds you receive from the platform (money raised from investors). → View them under "Received payouts" or "Investment payout".
2. Return payins (outgoing funds)
These are your repayment payments to the platform, which then redistributes to investors. → Manage them under "Returns" → "My return payins".
Viewing your received payouts
- In the menu, click "Payouts" or "Funds received".
- The list of all payouts you received appears.
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Investment | The related offer |
| Amount received | Funds paid by the platform |
| Date | Payment date |

If you anticipate a delay, contact support via chat as early as possible to discuss an arrangement.
