Manage your projects
Introduction
Projects are the core of your activity on Genkibo. Each project represents an initiative for which your company can raise funds. This section explains how to create, organize, and manage your projects.
Opening project management
- In the menu, click "Projects".
- Your project list is displayed.
Creating a new project
Step 1 — Open the creation form
- Click "New project" or "Create project".
- The creation form appears.
Step 2 — Fill in project information

| Sector | The business area concerned |
| Planned start date | When the project starts |
| Planned end date | When the project should end |

Step 3 — Add stages
A project can be divided into stages to structure progress:

- For each stage, specify:
- Stage name
- Description
- Dates (planned start and end)
Step 4 — Submit the project
- Verify all information.

Caution: A project linked to an active investment offer cannot be deleted. Close the offer first.
Project stages
Stages let you structure the project in distinct phases. They are visible to investors and show how the project is advancing.
Viewing stages
- Open the project page.
- The "Stages" section lists all phases.
- For each stage you see its name, description, and state.
Adding / editing stages
Stages are managed directly from the project creation or edit form.
Requesting a project audit
Before creating an investment offer linked to a project, it is recommended (and sometimes required) to have the project audited:
- Open the project page.
- Click "Request audit".
- Confirm your request.
- An admin reviews the project and notifies you of the result.
See Module 7 — The audit process for full details.
Cancelling a project audit request
If you need to correct information before the audit:
- Open the project page.
- Click "Cancel audit request".
- Make your corrections and submit a new request.

| Draft | Project is still being written |
| Active | Project is operational |
| In audit | Audit request submitted |
| Validated | Project audited and approved |
| Rejected | Audit rejected; corrections needed |
| Completed | Project finished |
| Suspended | Project temporarily on hold |
How investors see projects
Investors can view your projects from their area. They see:
- Public project information
- Stages and progress
- The linked investment offer
A well-documented project with clear stages and an approved audit is much more attractive to investors.
