Project tasks
Introduction
Tasks help you manage operational work within your projects. They structure work, track progress, and show investors that your project is well managed.
Opening tasks
- In the menu, click "Tasks".
- The list of all your tasks appears (across all projects).
You can also open tasks for a specific project from the project page.
Creating a task
Step 1 — Open the form
- Click "New task" or "Create task".
- The form appears.
Step 2 — Fill in the information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | A clear, short name for the task |
| Description | Details of what must be done |
| Linked project | Select the project this task belongs to |
| Status | Initial task status |
| Due date | When the task should be completed |
| Priority | Priority level (if applicable) |
Step 3 — Save
- Verify the information.
- Click "Create task".
Viewing a task
- Click a task in the list.
- The detail page opens with all information.
Editing a task
- Open the task page.
- Click "Edit".
- Update the information (title, description, status, date, etc.).
- Click "Save".
Deleting a task
- Open the task page.
- Click "Delete".
- Confirm deletion.
Task statuses

| To do | Task not started yet |
| In progress | Task underway |
| Done | Task completed |
| Cancelled | Task abandoned |
Updating task statuses regularly shows investors that your project is moving forward.
Organizing tasks
Filtering tasks
Use filters to sort tasks by:
- Project
- Status
- Due date
- Priority
Tasks by project
From a project page, you can see only tasks linked to that project, which makes per-project management easier.
Good practices
- Create precise tasks: one task = one concrete action
- Update statuses regularly to reflect real progress
- Link every task to a project for clear organization
- Respect due dates: delays can affect your score
